Filters were wider than MERV 9

Could not use these filters because the a/c has a fixed width filter holder. Two MERV 9 filters fit but the two MERV 11s you sent were a 1/4 inch too wide each.

It is smaller in all three dimensions than the one that came with my new system. The 20 (19 15/16 vs 19 3/8) dimension is the one that was most critical for my system.
