I have been waiting weeks to get my filters! Yes, they are an odd size but this is just too long.Why is that?

Seems to have lost a bit quality wise

This is the 4th or 5th (at least) batch of these filters Ive bought. Compared to the prior ones, they seem less stiff. After installed, the suction from air passing thru it distorts the filter significantly. The previous filters Ive purchased obviously got dirty, but retained their shape much better.

I've been using the MERV 11 pleated air tilters for about 2 years.. Always very satisfied with them. Even my AC tech complimented their quality.

4 weeks after I purchased the new filters, my A/C went out and I had to have it totally replaced. The purchased filters are now useless to me, as they do not fit the new unit. Is it possible to get a refund on the previously purchased filters by returning them, or get a credit on the future purchase of any new filters with a return of the previously purchased filters?Bob Duelm

The 16x25x4 filters are drastically undersized in width and height compared to the Honeywell. I bought 4 of them in a single purchase, and they are completely useless and not able to be used.
