My Error

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I emailed about returning the wrong size back and getting the correct size, I was made to feel like the most ignorant person around. After emailing back and forth for over two weeks and thinking I was finally going to get it straightened out, they dropped the communication and Im still stuck with these expensive filters that are the wrong size.again that was a typing error on my endI just wanted the correct size.

Do not fit

These filters are not sized correctly. We cannot place cover back on after inserting filter. Ordered 20x25x5 as recommended but they are too wide and cover will not fit.

I get so tired of emails asking for reviews of products I have purchased. I am happy with the shipping speed of these filters, but they are still in the packaging. These are in storage at the moment, since I have not had to replace my filter, yet. So, I have not had the opportunity to use one yet, and don't really intend to provide any review, unless they turn out to be terrible!
