When I ordered the filters

When I ordered the filters 16/ 25/15 I did not see the actual size as apparently you have different actual sizes so I had to reorder and was charged more then I originally paid which I think is not right. The gal on the phone was very polite but still dont think I should have been charged more.

Much thinner than advertised size. 4" Media filter is at least half inch thinner than the Honeywell filter I ordered it to replace. Now have 4 useless filters

Filters seem of very flimsy construction & poorly made. Pleats are uneven & not straight, run diagonal. When the furnace started it almost sucked the entire filter through, as if the cardboard used was not heavy enough. Disappointed!

This is a great company to work with. I had an issue with the filters that I ordered meaning I ordered the wrong size when I called to tell them what I had done. They were most helpful and exchanging to the correct size very quickly. I highly recommend them for all of your filter needs.

Saw an ad for buying home Hvac air filters and thought we dont need those. Went to a large store with low prices for air filters, and was surprised at the cost. Went back home and checked the prices for Filterbuy filters and whoa! Better made filters for less, and made in USA. Sign me up! Also give you reminders when to reorder, also you can buy multiple filters at a time.:grinning: Sign me up! Very happy!
