I bought my first set of filters just to try them out, verify proper fit, and see the quality first-hand. Now that I'm happy that these filters will work well in my new Heat Pump system, I've reordered and set up a 3-month reorder schedule. Very convenient and cost effective.

Filters were two filters taped together which would stop a lot of air flow, they were not a single filter as shown in picture. Would not buy again.

I purchased your 20x20x2 MERV 11 Pleated Air Filters (these don't seem to be a very popular size - they're hard to find) and they fit great and the airflow is very good. I am pleased with my purchase!

They work as expected. When I replace them I see that they have caught a bunch of stuff, so it looks like they're working. No defects in my experience.
