Not the same as before

I purchased filters same size and band about 2 years ago and the new ones and not the same as the old ones, It looks like they are made out of cheaper material and are not as sturdy. Because of my allergy to mold I need a really good high efficiency filters for my HVAC unit and these just barely meet that requirement.

Filter Size runs small. Previous filters fit well from other brands but these run small. About 1/2" short on width and height.

The filters I wanted was the 20x25x5 return filters for my system but I got the 20x25x5 with no lip to hold them in. What do I do with these two new filters that wont work? Robert
