Does not fit properly

The size in the title is different from the actual size of the filter. It rocks back and forth in the filter housing. When you ak them about it, they point to the different dimensions in the description. Why would any human assume a different description of size from the title. Returns cost you time and money. I will throw them away and eat the cost.

My previous filters fit fine , your filter16x25x5 ( actual 5 1/2)My furnace space is 16x25x5( actual 4 1/2 )You need to advertise actual dimensions better.
