The pleats in the filter

The pleats in the filter were uneven and in a couple of spots they were pressed together. This concerns me because it could create an uneven airflow though the filter and even restricting it in these spots. The two filters I bought from you last year were not like this. I expected better quality than this for my money.

Hate the fact that FedEx throws the boxes into yard instead of placing them in covered area like a porch. Otherwise a great product.
