Filters cause loud noise every time fans switch on.

These filters are smaller in size than equivalent sized 3M Filterete filters.As a result, they don't fit snugly into the HVAC air intake brackets in the ceiling. This causes them to drop onto the cover plate when the intake fans are off and get sucked up with a loud smack when the fans turn on.

Well fitting filters that perform great

System performs much better since I've installed these true to form sized filters. Air is cleaner and we are able to better enjoy our time indoors without the stuffiness and sneezing from before.

Great set of filters that properly fit my non standard size system. Air is so much cleaner and stuffiness is gone. We are able to rest much better as well.

Changing to lower MERV rating

I think with health issues as we get older, we should use the highest MERV rating to filter out as many bio-bugs as we can. I've used MERV 13 in the past but as expenses go up, have to move down to MERV 11.
