The filters I bought from you turned out to be the wrong size. This was mostly my fault; I ordered them based on the nominal or 'labeled' size (16 x 25 x 4"), but the actual size is about 1/2 inch smaller in width, and similar with the other two dimensions. I didn't measure the actual size of the filters they will replace before ordering. It turns out that the original (branded) filters' dimensions are very close to the nominal size. Returning the filters to Alabama would likely be expensive, so I'm thinking to modify the ones I got from you by gluing pieces of cardboard to the edges of the filters to make them wider, etc. That's a job, for 10 filters. I hadn't hd this kind of problem with your filters with our old HVAC equipment, but we got new equipment 5 months ago.

Perfect fit. Second time buying

Perfect fit. Second time buying from this seller. I will use them again and I would recommend them as well. The deeper filter (5" deep) allows for more air flow. You can tell the difference when you go from the 1" thick filter. My daughter has allergies and this one works well to limit her sneezing.

Did not expect yellow color

Did not expect yellow color of media material. Our usual experience with previous mere 11 was the color was white. The location of this filter is just 2 ft. From our 10ft kitchen family use counter where we sit for most meals. As the filter's life in 90 day time we assume it will 'gray coat' as they all do. We await comments "why yellow media? As it is viewable thru louvered cover 9ft ceiling. Any merv 11's this size in white media?
