I purchased merv 13 previously so I tried merv 11 again and havent noticed any difference. So with that said, it costs less for the 11.

I received all 6 boxes of my purchase however, one of the boxes must have been severely mishandled as every filter in it is badly damaged. There were seven. and I can't use any of them. I have some pictures to show. Please reach out to get this resolved.
