Was nat aware of the difference between actual sizes and filter size. I would have thought that when I ordered a Merve 11 filter part #Filxxfnco114 that I would get the correct actual size. Verses the filter size.

I thought that a 12x20x4 filter was made to fit as my replacement. It did not indicate that I needed to order the actual size of :12-3/16 x 19-13/16 x 4-5/16

These filters are of the highest quality. Delivery is always quick, sizes are a perfect fit, the quality is the best in the market. I do not go anywhere else for filters. Been a member for several years now and we are super happy.
