Not What I Expected

My previous two orders included filters that were built differently than this one. These new filters have a seam on one end that requires mashing the filter down to slide it into the unit. There is also more material on the face of the filter meaning less surface area for airflow. Contacted vendor and was told design had not changed and I was wrong. Will not be purchasing again.

I have been using Filter Buy filters for several years. They have always been well made; they are accurately sized; they give better air flow. Immediately after I installed the first one in the air return grille, my wife said, Wow, thats much quieter.
