Order never shipped

I placed an order and received an email confirming my order. However, when I inquired about the tracking information, I was told that my order could not be found. My order was supposed to arrive today, but it never shipped, now I have to find something else before Christmas. If time is of the essence, I definitely would not recommend buying from this company.

Great little truck!

Purchased for my granddaughter’s fifth birthday and she loves it. It has a good speed though we wish it was a bit faster. It rides over grass, tree stumps and curbs well. The battery is lasting fine so far. We have used it for up to an hour and haven’t run out yet. The shipping was fast and we are happy with the purchase!
