Damaged upon unboxing

When I opened the box and turned on the device it had vertical and horizontal lines on the screen making it difficult to see anything, wondering if I got a warranty

Hands down the best laptop I've ever used in my life. Incredible. Owned an Intel 2019 Macbook air before I got this. The performance of the M4 air is insane. Can never go wrong buying Apple.
I would recommend this to a friend!

404 Error - Support not Found

Ordered it yesterday with the comfort knowing that there was a price match guarantee.
Well, they can't honor it and would rather have me return the item because I found it for $100 cheaper on the official Apple store on Amazon.
Such an inconvenience and easy way for me to say "worst Buy ever"
