shipped an empty box for a new product

Best buy decided to ship me an empty box, which means they didn't even bother to weigh it, as a new product. They had sent this out before obviously and it was returned but not inspected.
This is after a 7 day delivery time after selecting 24 hour shipping, now they're making me wait 5-7 days to do an investigation, during which time I see no refund.
Simply not the appropriate way to treat customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Aesthetically appealing, clean design, flawless when switching screens or programs. Volume is louder then u thought it would be and clear. Visuals are amazing, many personal optional

Reliable apple

Works great. Still have to get used to it since I was using an old MacBook Pro but love that many things were just transferred over. Still have to change some settings around to make it streamlined but so far so happy with the purchase
