The delivery was superfast especially considering I ordered with custom engraving. Very excited to see her open this at Xmas

So far so good after a month's use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a month ago and has been good so far. Used for cookie dough, pizza dough and cakes. It is handy having the two bow sizes in case I want to make a half batch since there is just the two of us.

Making butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not impressed with meds after making butter. I had the clear cover on and a tea towel over the top. Buttermilk everywhere. There must be a better way. I might do it outside next time
The mixer attachment got stuck on the first use, I sprayed the attachment at the join with olive oil and with a bit of jiggling it came unstuck. Looks like I have to do this on every occasion. I’m not impressed

I’ve always wanted this

Although I’m still getting used to all the things it can do, I’m excited using it. I brought the KitchenAid recipe book and I’m ticking off the recipes that I’ve crated and making it out of 10. It saves me time too. Just love it

Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a stand mixer as a wedding present for my favourite niece & asked for it to be engraved. The 2nd line of engraving, which was just "2025" was not centred and looks absolutely ridiculous. When I contacted Kitchenaid to request a replacement trim, I was told they won't supply it - even if I paid for it and fitted it myself!! So Kitchenaid expects my niece to just put up with the ridiculous engraving! Or maybe they expect me to throw the whole mixer in the bin & buy a new one!! I was expecting this purchase to be a source of joy for my niece but instead, it's going to be annoyance everytime she uses it. I am amazed how Kitchenaid were totally unwilling to supply a small replacement part to sort the whole problem out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My KitchenAid is in use every single day, and it has truly transformed the way I cook. It has made meal preparation not only easier but also much more enjoyable. Even my children love getting involved, especially when it comes to baking.
I honestly don’t know how I managed without it before. My next goal is to add the ice cream and pasta maker attachments, which I know will only expand what we can create as a family. Thanks to my KitchenAid, we are now enjoying more wholesome, home cooked meals together and it has quickly become an essential part of our kitchen.
