We had to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited about buying a Kitchenaid. But honestly, the quality is so horrendous that we had to return it. After finding metal and paint dust in my dough (on the first use), I realised that something is just not right with this machine. It also had a dent on the side, and was extremely loud (although, people told me it's supposed to sound like an old car engine).
We're out of this market. Back to kneading dough by hand.
Customer service was good in how fast they responded. But it was overall painful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally, a pride owner of a Kitchen Aid Artisan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying various other brands, we finally bought our own KitchenAid Artisan. We are active bakers, and we have burnt out our other mixers in the past. On advice from family and friends, we invested the extra money and now it take pride in having it on our kitchen bench, waiting for us when we return home to bake.

Am so so excited - cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Love working with this sturdy and powerful machine. I never justified the cost as I invested in a thermomix back then, but I love being hands on with my cooking and I can finally whip cream properly!! ;)

Versatile mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time buying a mixer and decided to buy a kitchen aid one! What a beautiful and amazing piece of equipment. We have made so many bread recipes already and cannot wait to expand in the baking world. We also bought the meat grinder and loving how easy it is to make all sort of mince!
The only thing that’s a bit of a worry is we have a slight rust mark on the mixing bowl and had some oil leaking in the packaging when unboxing the mixer. It’s also quite heavy.

Stunning Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this after Christmas after being beyond frustrated with my old mixer. I wish I had done it much earlier. I haven't had a lot of time to cook since Christmas but have made possibly the best pavlova ever! It was so light I could hardly find the crust and I was very impressed with the power and quiet of the mixer. Can't wait to do more cooking and planning already to get the meat grinder and make my own mince. I can only imagine the fun we are going to have! :)

The ultimate Christmas present!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bake quite a lot and I'd used other products to whip, combine and cream, but I found I always had to resort to a hand mixer. My partner surprised me with the dusky rose 4.7 stand mixer and it is fantastic. It whips and mixes quietly and efficiently. The best feature is the silicone edged paddle as it collects ingredients off the sides and bottoms of the bowls. Plus it looks stunning!
