Great product, service could be improved

Purchase is slow to ship from factory however and online tracking could be improved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bake my own bread every few days, using the dough tool has been an absolute game changer, it is brilliant, saving my hands and arms from aching due to many minutes of hand kneeding. I also have several attachments which I use regularly. It is my very favourite friend in the kitchen!!!!!

It's almost too easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like I'm cheating. Recipes that used to take forever to knead - leaving my shoulders sore and my patience tested - now take minutes. All I have to do is watch my KitchenAid mixer do all the work. If you love to bake - this is an indispensable game changer.

Great accessories and solid mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple of months ago and has been a great addition to my kitchen. Love the colour fits in beautifully in my kitchen and is easy to wipe clean from the outside.
Love all the various accessories, great range for all my baking needs and they are all really well built and easy to use and clean.
Just wish the bowls and all were bigger so I could make more!

Beautiful design but Quality can be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a white one recently, beautiful design and have enjoyed using it for cakes and buttercream but there’s a few things I feel can be improved! The lock/unlock slider for the tilt head is wobbly and feels somewhat cheap, the powder coat colour doesn’t apply on all the nooks and crevices e.g. you can see the raw casting when the head is tilt back, etched details to indicate volume on the small mixing would be a nice feature to have, include a metal spatula instead of a small plastic scraper, it is powerful but also very loud when in use - reducing noise would be a massive improvement, the tilt head is also very heavy so if you move it too quickly the whole mixer will rock back - engineering a “lighter” tilt head would a nice to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Friends and I chipped in and got my wife one of these as a 30th present. As an avid baker she was making bread daily but struggled with RSI issues. This has taken her sourdough baking to the next level, allowing her to create more bread/baked treats without the physical detriment.
The model itself is great quality and built to last with all the attachments of matching quality. Love it, don't second guess your purchase.
