[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the KitchenAid Mixer for just under a month and I am obsessed. I absolutely love baking, but due to the busyness of life I often struggle to find the time. However, with the KitchenAid Mixer I feel I have now found the antidote for this! The KitchenAid Mixer makes life so much easier, not only reducing the amount of elbow grease, but by reducing the amount of cleaning time. I cannot tell you how elated I am to know that I no longer have to deal with flour spilt all over my workbench from kneading nor deal with sticky hands, because now I can just pop in my dough hook and everything is done in one bowl, and the appliance does a terrific job kneading. I love the basic accessories that come with the pack and love that you can buy further attachments. Given I live in an apartment having one appliance that truly does it all is very appealing. I have already bought a couple of extra attachments, and have started a piggy bank to get some more. The appliance's slick design means that I am happy to keep it out on display, despite my limited bench space, but it also means that I can show it off. I like the fact that you can easily access recipes and videos online for the product, and hope that such resources continue to build. This appliance is truly a worthwhile investment and worth every dollar.

Best mixer I’ve ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought a KitchenAid after the motor on my last (cheap and gifted) mixer finally blew mid-buttercream one night. I knew the KitchenAid would be an improvement but from very first use it was so much better than expected! For example, the recipe I use for my SMBC requires sugar and egg whites to be beaten to “stiff peaks” to start… I was NEVER able to achieve stiff peaks with my previous mixer, even if I ran it for 5, 10, 20 minutes. The first time I used my KitchenAid was to make macarons which obviously requires “stiff peaks” in egg whites… it took FIVE MINUTES. From that point on I was sold on the KitchenAid and will never look back. Couldn’t be happier!

My first KitchenAid and it's such a happy colour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saved up for this and bought it to replace my 40 year old Sunbeam mixer. My daughter does a lot of baking and she recommended it. So far I have used it for biscuits and birthday cake and love the fact that it could deal with heavy biscuit dough as well as mix cake batter to a smooth texture
