[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a 4.8L Artisan Stand Mixer KSM195 Candy is her name and she is Candy-apple red. I have always dreamt of the day that I would own a Kitchenaid mixer…and not only am I not disappointed, I am even more excited about all the other ways I can utilise my mixer with the add-on atttachments. Let me start with all the exclusive accessories pack that came with it. The fact that it has 4 differing beaters to mix with, 2 bowls to suit the quantity of the recipe your making, PLUS the absolutely brilliant pouring/splash shield…which means no more clouds of flour cocoa in my face!
This mixer is robust but not overly heavy and beautiful to look at, even with my cakey fingerprints all over it.
I regularly make my own passata and straining the sauce to remove the tomato skins is an arduous task, so I am excited to purchase the fruit and vege strainer, along with the metal grinder attachment to freshly grate cheese or make my own mince meat.
I am also looking forward to learning the fine art of pasta making, I have put the pasta roller and cutter attachment on my Christmas list!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking at Kitchenaids for a long time and was so excited when I finally bought one. After using it the first time my excitement turned to disappointment. The product controls are clunky, it’s very heavy, even with the guard on ingredients spill out everywhere and there’s no timer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pebbled Palm color is so classy and looks great in my white/ grey kitchen. But most of all baking is now half the time, especially for baking bread, pizza dough and buns. I’m also loving the attachments. Can’t wait to get my next batch of icecream in!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my KitchenAid a few months ago but waited until my daughters first birthday to make her cake as I wanted the first time to be for a special occasion. The cake turned out so lovely, as did the icing. I’m so happy with my KitchenAid and look forward to making many more memorable things with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always wanted to expand my kitchenaid range. I like the look of it and they do perform good. Warranty is a plus on these machines. I just have to get use to the feel of it as I had my Breville mixer for 10 years and so sometimes I get confused with the lifting part of it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Kitchen Aid for about a month now. Have made everything from bread to biscuits, and it's fantastic! Very sturdy, easily handles kneeding the doughs, (unlike previous machines I've had). Have found all the accessories provided to be of excellent quality, and purpose appropriate for there uses. I'm a very happy customer. Will be buying one for my daughter for Xmas. Definitely worth the price.
