Great indian dough maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased the KSM195 with the hope that it would make our lives easier—especially when it comes to preparing Indian-style dough. Given the price, we were initially unsure if it would be worth it, but making dough for rotis by hand can be quite challenging. We're happy to report that it works perfectly! For anyone reading these comments and considering the KSM195, it’s absolutely up to the task. We also own a food processor from another brand, but cleaning it is a hassle. With this one, cleanup is quick and easy, which probably makes it a better option than the food processor.

The tilt-head design makes swapping out attachments super easy (even on a sleepy Sunday morning pre-coffee), and it comes with everything I need to mix, knead, and whip up a storm. Bread dough? A breeze. Cake batter? Silky smooth. Meringue? Stiff peaks, baby. It’s powerful, quiet(ish), and sturdy—like the best baking buddy you never knew you needed.
