Easy to use and works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to spend so much money on a mixer but hubby wanted me to buy one that would last a long time. I worried it might be too heavy for me to move about, but the weight shown is for mixer/bowls & attachments so if you take them off when you need to move the machine it isn't too heavy. Have used to mix scones, cake & cream and it didn't have any issues, I really like having the two bowls as it makes things easier when using recipes that need to have 2 batters mixed separate.
I used to love baking but my old mixer started to make it a chore, now I can again get pleasure out of it.

Makes such a difference

Faulty Mixer, Fantastic Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a celebration of my Separation! I had it engraved with 2023 it’s all about me. I was so so sooo excited for it to arrive.
Roll around that day I plugged it in and it wouldn’t turn off!
I rang customer service they organised for a return (postage included) organised a replacement and it should be here tomorrow.

This added a three week delay but I was so super stoked with how helpful the lady was who I spoke with on the phone.
I truly believe this was just bad luck. I’m so looking forward to baking up a storm this weekend!

Amazing I wish I got one sooner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A dream product to use. I wish I had one sooner. My left arm isn’t as strong as it once was due to surgery and this mixer makes quick effortless work on my meal prep and baking. A definite work horse and if cared for via regular periodic servicing this mixer will out live you. Now to decide on which attachments for later on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprised with a beautiful mixer for my 30th birthday. I love to bake and decorate cakes with very limited self taught skills. Simple to use, easy to clean, very quiet didn't even wake the newborn in the same room. Attachments all do exactly what they are made for. They was super quick to wash and dry in between mixing different colour frosting. Bowls are decent sizes.

Amazing features, does complicated tasks with ease
