My New Toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So pleased that I purchased a KitchenAide mixer. It performs beautifully, especially when I make bread. It is quiet compared to my old mixer, and I look forward to making more delicious recipes with it.
One thing I would have liked with the mixer, is a product I've seen online (but is not KitchenAide), and that is a scraper that attaches on the whisk; when you have finished whisking, you pull the attachment down and the whisk is virtually cleaned. I could purchase one on line, but I would prefer to keep to KitchenAide products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it is a dream. Very easy to use, design is mechanically beautiful, and gets the job done in a jiffy. I can finally make technical cakes! But who is surprised? We splurge on KitchenAid for a reason.
