Couldn’t bake without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After lots of careful contemplation, I couldn’t be happier to have invested in this stand mixer. I have saved so much time when it comes to baking. It is sturdy enough to be able to turn my back to without having to worry the mixer will come off the bench- even when making bread doughs. It is a delight to use and so easy to clean and care for.

My first KitchenAid purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous mixer broke last month and I needed to replace it. I decided on KitchenAid because of it's reputation and the fact it was the only brand that included a small bowl. I often make biscuits with only 4oz each of butter and sugar and have always used the small bowl option. My only disappointment is that with the small bowl I cannot use the pouring shield (won't fit) and the flex edge beater pushes the creaming butter right up to and over the edge of the small bowl. A smaller or different shaped beater or bowl may improve this defect.
