No flat beater

Purchased the butter yellow to replace an 11 year old white artisan that still worked. I love this color. My only complaint is that I can't believe it doesn't come with the regular flat beater. Guess I should have looked harder at the description. After spending so much money on the new mixer I now have to spend more for a flat beater.

Worth the price!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy I did! It's made day-to-day cooking and baking so much easier, and I've tried out so many new recipes since getting it. While it's expensive, I know it's an investment and I know I will use it for many years to come! So glad I finally bought it (and the butter yellow colour is SO cute)

Not worth a dime!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with KitchenAid has been nothing short of infuriating. Save your money and buy a different brand!
I recently purchased this stand mixer, used it only once, and the second I turned it on the motor sounded off. I contacted customer service, expecting them to honor their warranty, only to be told it`s a "use & care issue", meaning I`m not eligible for a replacement. This is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted KitchenAid for its reputation and paid a premium for what I thought would be a reliable, high-quality product. But it`s clear THEY DON`T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS OR WARRANTIES. KitchenAid`s lack of customer support and refusal to fix a defective item is beyond disappointing.
Don`t make the same mistake I did - I`ll never buy from them again, and I strongly urge you to avoid this brand at all costs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
