Mistake

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a Kitchenaid for over 30 years and never had a problem using it. But this new one is nothing like the old ones, the lock won’t stay locked when it is being used, the attachments seem like they are looser fitting and come off when you scrape bowl. Would of sent it back but it’s Christmas cookie season and I didn’t think I would have a problem with the mixer because the old one was so good, I threw all the packaging away.

Had for a little over 1 year. Not impressed with the quality. Attachment have some kind of veneer that's falling off into our food... The latch that keeps the mixer locked down seems to be wearing out and we have to keep making adjustments. Not the premium product we thought we were getting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Locking mechanism is broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The locking mechanism does not lock. I only used it a couple times. The mixer nearly fell off the counter because of how much it started to shake from the locking mechanism not locking properly. This review won’t let me post video showing issue.
