Game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not know cooking and baking could be this enjoyable until I purchased my KitchenAid stand mixer!!! This has been a game changer for me as I only had a cheap brand hand mixer previously and didn’t realise what it’s actually like to have a good mixer until now. The mixer combines the ingredients so quickly and perfectly, plus scrapes the bowl for me, making it so easy to prepare other ingredients while it’s mixing. The large size bowls are perfect for big batches, something I struggled with prior & my cheap hand mixer didn’t have the strength to deal with larger batches. My KitchenAid mixer whips through large batches like it’s nothing. I’m really impressed with how strong and sturdy all the beaters are. The functionality of the mixer has exceeded my expectations and then to talk about the aesthetics… wow … it’s a statement piece! The colours are phenomenal, no other brand stands out like this, and the free engraving adds an extra element of luxury. My partner normally complains when I purchase kitchen equipment and calls it ‘clutter’.. but he’s very happy to have my KitchenAid mixer permanently on show on our island bench as a statement piece. I also purchased the large black bowl, so that along with the stunning green colour it just really makes an impressive. What can I say, I love it!!!

Great value for money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best mixer it never misses a beat, bowl size is great very smooth and I just love it, this is my second one as I gave my last one to a friend as I was moving back here after being in NZ for 6.5years looking after my mum, I had my last one for 15years she never missed a beat, she was the Cancer pink one, so I had to replace her I would have loved the Mertelic Raspberry coloured one, so I got the beetroot coloured one she is very pretty, I can now play to my hearts content

Best mixer I’ve ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought a KitchenAid after the motor on my last (cheap and gifted) mixer finally blew mid-buttercream one night. I knew the KitchenAid would be an improvement but from very first use it was so much better than expected! For example, the recipe I use for my SMBC requires sugar and egg whites to be beaten to “stiff peaks” to start… I was NEVER able to achieve stiff peaks with my previous mixer, even if I ran it for 5, 10, 20 minutes. The first time I used my KitchenAid was to make macarons which obviously requires “stiff peaks” in egg whites… it took FIVE MINUTES. From that point on I was sold on the KitchenAid and will never look back. Couldn’t be happier!

Makes the yummiest cakes and cookies

It does so much better at creaming the butter and sugar together than the cheap hand mixer I had before. The red velvet cake turned out so light and fluffy and the icing was so delicious. Worth every cent! The stand mixer also looks beautiful in my kitchen.
