Excellent Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this that I had to make a batch of cookies. This was so easy to use, I really didn’t need to look at all of the instructions for what I was needing it for. It comes with so many attachments and a couple of bowls. My cookies came out amazing!
Pros:
-Extremely heavy duty well made product with quality materials, love Stainless Steel.
-The color Beet Root is so elegant.
-Comes with 4 attachments, 2 different bowls and a cover for the bowl to be able to add ingredients easily into the mixing bowl.
Cons:
-cord hangs from back and has a cord keeper, but is placed where the plug could possibly scratch the unit.

I bought one about 5-7 years ago & I bought other stand mixers when I made dough for pizza their motor started smoking 2 of them , this has lasted making the same dough recipe i really like it because I do cook & use it for many recipes not just dough , cookies, meat loaf, meat balls , garlic dressing etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I received and used the KitchenAid Artisan Series Tilt-Head Stand Mixer in Beetroot. This color is pretty and adds a little pop of color in any kitchen decor. And the silver/grey attachments go well with the Beetroot color.
After unboxing the mixer, I was impressed with the accessories included. This KitchenAid package would be a great gift for any level baker. This package includes 2 mixing bowls(5qt and 3qt), dough hook, wire whip, 2 beaters, and pouring shield.
Performance - I wanted to start out with simple tasks to see how the mixer performed. I made cake, brownies and will make buttercream frosting. The wire whip and pastry beater easily mix ingredients without any mess. This will be my go-to appliance to help with baking projects.
My only complaints about this mixer is the noise and the weight. The mixer was louder than expected and became louder at every mixing level. But this mixer is beautiful and powerful, so the cons could easily be overlooked. Overall, the KitchenAid Artisan Series Tilt-Head Stand Mixer in Beetroot is a dream machine. It will be my go-to appliance for many years to come.

Best Kitchen Accessory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted one of the kitchenaid mixers, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations! I love everything about it from the different size mixing bowls, to the different attachments! I must say that my favorite part is the splatter shield. I have always made a mess when mixing with a handheld mixer and this has made clean up so much easier. I also love the fact that you can purchase so many different attachments for different baking and cooking needs. The mixer and attachments themselves are also very easy to clean and I am very pleased that they are dishwasher safe. Overall this has been a game changing mixer for my baking and cooking needs. A lot of different options when preparing meals and desserts. It's a must have for any kitchen.

It make great cookies dough and cake batter, with easy to use features. I also love the design and color! Definitely worth the price.

Great with the Flex Edge beater attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At a low speed, the Flex Edge beater scraped most of the dough from the sides of the bowl (more than 95%). That eliminated the requirement for a silicon spatula during mixing. It's not loud even on the higher speeds. I noticed it made a slight shaking noise during the mixing, but it had no effect on the performance.
The pouring shield is great for its purpose. It must be attached after you lower the head & attachment. The opening was plenty of space to pour the cookie mix. I poured the entire bag and none splattered. There was enough room to add a stick of softened butter through the opening. No need to cut the butter into chunks. The KitchenAid blended it in seconds effortlessly. I had to pull the shield off to crack and add the eggs. The ingredients combine perfectly without clumps. I was surprised that it also mixed to the bottom of the bowl without scraping necessary. It's a heavy machine but it's a great stand mixer with those accessories.

I used the KitchenAid mixer and had them mixed and in the pan in about 5 min. Unbelievable! And the color is absolutely beautiful! Check it out. You will love it!!
