[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it very much. It is game changer . I am using almost everyday. and I would love to try other attachment if I have a chance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not just a machine it's decor if the color is beautiful the motor runs perfectly just like every other KitchenAid product I've ever had. I love this color cranberry to die for I got this as a sample product to try I unboxed it in my two roommates decided they needed to use it as well so we've all had a turn with it. It's well worth the money that you would pay for it it comes with all the attachments it's very well put together very nicely packaged very very handy and very useful it's a must have for your kitchen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough how much I love both of my stand mixers. They are my best friends. As a small baking business, I do use them very much, every single day. I talk to them, share my time, and they even got nicknames. I love them so much.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer is heavy, keeping it from jigging around the counter; the bowl latches in place with the tilt head and is uncomplicated to remove to scrape the sides when mixing or for cleaning and looks great on my counter!
I've used this to mix a variety of doughs - pizza, cookie, bread, pancakes, cookies, and even delicate pie dough. We've even used it to mix eggs until fluffy.
The bowl is just the proper size for just about everything we make. In my opinion, a smaller bowl and motor would be inadequate for ordinary circumstances.
It was a little bit of a struggle for the unit to mix Italian cookie dough when it got to almost 5 lbs. of flour. However, having to mix entirely by hand in the past, I was highly pleased only to mix the last little bit by hand. As I learned, be sure to lock the head in place when mixing thicker dough.
Mainly I'm in love with this color. We already got lots of compliments. It's not only powerful but also looks super pleasant.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and I recently had Covid, so food wasn’t high on our list. But wow, now that our appetites returned, I must say what a beauty this is! A Cadillac in the world of mixers-cloaked in a vibrant Beetroot color. Quite unique! I started with an easy cake mix to give it a whirl, and it performed very smoothly and easily. I love the varied attachments, and can’t wait to begin experimenting. So many possibilities! It is very finely constructed. Now my son wants to learn to cook-especially with this new mixer. I definitely recommend this as a fine addition to one’s kitchen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Artisan, in beetroot color is the newest, and probably best, addition to my kitchen tools. This wonderful stand mixer with tilt head has definitely changed my cooking and baking routine. I am very pleased with this machine, it has definitely met my expectations.
The mixer itself is the perfect size for my kitchen. I don't have much counter space so it was important to make sure I did not have a huge bulky item sitting there.
I absolutely love the attachments that come with this model. Literally everything I need for my cake mixes, frosting, dough making, meatballs, etc. This unit has a dough hook, multi-use scraper/hand spatula, splash guard, two mixing bowls (one has a handle) whisp, a spatula sided mixer and another attachment I am not sure of.
With the 10 speed settings, there are so many possibilities for use. I have the ability now to branch out and be more creative and adventurous with recipes and ordinary food items. I am so excited to see what other attachments I can order to add onto my mixer.
Cleaning this mixer and its attachments was a breeze. No dishwasher for these items, but that is ok. The cord has its own wrap tie, so when the machine is not in use, it is easily wound up and secure ready for storage (or leave it on the counter because it fits so well and looks great).
The only bump in the road for me with this KitchenAid mixer, but not that big of a deal, was when I was making my dough. The dough hook did not quite reach down to the bottom sides of the bowl and collect all of the loose flour. I had to manually reach in with the provided scraper and bring it to the top. Overall, I am extremely happy with this mixer and pleased at how much this tool can do. I absolutely recommend this KitchenAid mixer to anyone who wants one of the best kitchen tools they will ever need.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So excited to receive this, I had to make a batch of cookies. This mixer was extremely easy to use, I really didn’t need to look over the instructions all that much. The mixer is made with quality materials and so are the attachments. The Beetroot color is amazing! It has the capability of doing so much more with additional attachments, I can’t believe haven’t invested in one sooner.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all know a good mixer will make it break a kitchen. Gone are the days of manual dough pounding , whisking until your arm is sore for the perfect egg white fluff or even the heinous shrieking grind sound of a hand mixer repetitiously being shoved against a metal bowl. Most of us have experienced the ease and superior outcomes that follow a great mixer and almost everyone recognizes that mixer as a kitchenaid. I mean it’s such a prized kitchen core appliance that even if you don’t own a recent game console , you have a kitchenaid mixer. Much like purchasing a car, your kitchenaid has various models, colors and add on available to your taste - there are even some businesses that thrive strictly on providing aftermarket custom paint jobs for your kitchenaid!!
To say the least, it can be a rather large ominous barrage of information to sort through to find out exactly which one will provide the most bang for your money … for the most years to come. Of course, I can’t tell you what’s best for you, but I’m hoping what I’ve found might provide someone with maybe a helpful look.
In the new Beetroot paint scheme, we took a big turn from our previous ‘blend into the background’ black and I have to say, the more I see it the more I like it . It seems to oscillate between a purple and a moroon throughout the day depending on how much light hits it’s, and makes an easy-to-live-with statement with our dark cabinets. This is our third Kitchenaid Mixer in total. Our first was a red model that we gave to a friend after it served us perfectly for just under 10 years. It was still functioning perfectly but decided for a color change more than anything else (new house, new motif.) The second mixer was also a Kitchenaid artisan but in a black. We have only had this one about 5 years and would never have considered getting a new one until a visit to my sisters house who made me cook. I knew right away I wanted the new artisan, for one thing, the fact that the low speed is SO much lower than my black 5 year old artisan was the kicker (yes the high speed is just as high!) Sure, it’s sounds minor and well perhaps to many it is, but for us it leads to so much less over spill of dry ingredients (yes even with the lid we ve add had the “oh no” poofs!) But also far superior folding of ingredients and more tender ingredient handling.
We decided on the more fun Beetrootcolor for our 2022 artisan just well … to be fun! Yes I love it more than I probably should, but I feel like that’s ok since we use it constantly.
We ve found all sorts of upgrades to the new 2022 artisan in compared to our 5 year old version that we didn’t expect. Obviously the lower ‘low’ speed is a huge plus, the stainless whisk has been redesigned to be much heavier and substantial and definitely seems to reach all the corners of the bowls much more consistently. The large and small bowls are also redesigned and look much more modern in shape with the subtle inside divot that pairs much better with the attachments to ensure thorough mixing (I never find I need to remix the bottom recesses to ensure consistency unlike my older versions.) The artisan mode still powers every one of my extra accessories perfectly (sadly at this point in my life I’m not sure I’d be the same person without my zucchini noodle maker!)
I hope this helps someone there in making a decision to dive into their Kitchenaid mixer new model earlier, as we couldn’t find much information on the difference between years but believe me, it’s quite a great difference and if you use yours as much as we do, you ll be pleasantly rewarded to.
