Faulty Mixer, Fantastic Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a celebration of my Separation! I had it engraved with 2023 it’s all about me. I was so so sooo excited for it to arrive.
Roll around that day I plugged it in and it wouldn’t turn off!
I rang customer service they organised for a return (postage included) organised a replacement and it should be here tomorrow.

This added a three week delay but I was so super stoked with how helpful the lady was who I spoke with on the phone.
I truly believe this was just bad luck. I’m so looking forward to baking up a storm this weekend!

Beautiful Stand Mixer, Beautiful Memories

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up with a Kitchen Aid stand mixer as a staple in our kitchen. So when I got married and had my own daughter, it was a no brainer to get my own KitchenAid and create new memories with it. It mixes like a dream and kneads like a pro. I use it on a regular basis and not just for cakes and sweets- mashed potatoes, pancakes, whipping up sauces, mixing minced meat for homemade sausages, anything that needed mixing, mashing, kneading, my KitchenAid does it for me. To say I love it is a little understatement. The dried rose colour is so pretty without being overly pinK. It is such a beautiful addition to our kitchen while being a wonderful and nostalgic reminder of my childhood. I hope one day my daughter will love it as much as I do and be reminded of the precious memories we'll share with it together.

My Dream Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve waited many years to be able to afford this stand mixer and wow it is everything I dreamed of! I made my sister-in-law’s 70th Birthday cake this weekend and everyone loved it. I simply cannot believe how lucky I am to have this mixer 💕

It is an essential thing for me for living on my own and it speeds everything up significantly. Is has aided making bread, cookies, souffles and pasta and would definitely recommend to my peers
