Makes baking projects so much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this out for Christmas. Thought it would be shiny instead of matte. I don’t like that the attachment to see a weird metal plastic looking materials have to be hand washed. I will probably be looking for replacements. Hoping it will be a nice addition to my home bakery.

My second kitchen aid mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Kitchen Aid mixers. This tilt head mixer is adding to my collection - I have a bowl lift that’s 15 years old. The tilt head struggles to keep up with thicker cookie recipes. I think it has a smaller motor so that would make sense. It handled my snickerdoodle recipe just fine, so it seems to be just the thicker cookie dough. I haven’t tried other delights with this mixer yet, though I think it should handle cupcake batter just fine. I love the flex edge beater, I wish I could find one compatible with my bowl lift.

The flex beater scrapes the sides well, and the motor is actually a bit quieter than my old mixer. The bigger bowl is a blessing as well, since I make a lot of cookies! I’ve also gotten to use the peeler/spiralizer, and it worked perfectly. Love the color sitting on my countertop!
