Love Kitchen Aid

My husband gave me a White Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer 31 years ago. It still works as well as the first day I got it. These are absolutely worth it, and beautiful machines. Could not live without mine!

I love this color but my cobalt blue is a 6 professional series and not ready to give that big mixer up. After 20 years it's still going strong and never let me down

A great, hard working machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Artisan, in beetroot color is the newest, and probably best, addition to my kitchen tools. This wonderful stand mixer with tilt head has definitely changed my cooking and baking routine. I am very pleased with this machine, it has definitely met my expectations.
The mixer itself is the perfect size for my kitchen. I don't have much counter space so it was important to make sure I did not have a huge bulky item sitting there.
I absolutely love the attachments that come with this model. Literally everything I need for my cake mixes, frosting, dough making, meatballs, etc. This unit has a dough hook, multi-use scraper/hand spatula, splash guard, two mixing bowls (one has a handle) whisp, a spatula sided mixer and another attachment I am not sure of.
With the 10 speed settings, there are so many possibilities for use. I have the ability now to branch out and be more creative and adventurous with recipes and ordinary food items. I am so excited to see what other attachments I can order to add onto my mixer.
Cleaning this mixer and its attachments was a breeze. No dishwasher for these items, but that is ok. The cord has its own wrap tie, so when the machine is not in use, it is easily wound up and secure ready for storage (or leave it on the counter because it fits so well and looks great).
The only bump in the road for me with this KitchenAid mixer, but not that big of a deal, was when I was making my dough. The dough hook did not quite reach down to the bottom sides of the bowl and collect all of the loose flour. I had to manually reach in with the provided scraper and bring it to the top. Overall, I am extremely happy with this mixer and pleased at how much this tool can do. I absolutely recommend this KitchenAid mixer to anyone who wants one of the best kitchen tools they will ever need.

No Customer Service!

Upon first use, I noticed that I could not lock it into position, so started calling for advice on what to do. I CANNOT GET THRU ON PHONE LINE AND NO ANSWER TO EMAIL I SENT DAYS AGO. SO what do I do? Send it back for a refund?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the color depicted on site buyer beware

I bought this as a Christmas present for myself. I love anything purple. The website shows this beautiful glossy vibrant beetroot mixer. I was so excited when it arrived. I opened it only to be disappointed and hating the color so much but I’m stuck with this ugly thing because I can’t tell me husband I hate the gift from him that I picked out. This is an ugly piece of junk. The matte finish looks awful and makes the mixer look dirty and old. The color sure isn’t beetroot instead it’s an ugly matter burgundy. This is my second mixer from kitchenaid was giving my old one to my niece. So I’m stuck with this mixer and will now cringe every time I take it out to use it and oh yes I will be putting a bag over it so I don’t have to look at it any other time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product worked for 30 minutes only. We used the mixer with flour and eggs and the product just stopped working
