My Dream Machine!

Beautiful Stand Mixer, Beautiful Memories

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up with a Kitchen Aid stand mixer as a staple in our kitchen. So when I got married and had my own daughter, it was a no brainer to get my own KitchenAid and create new memories with it. It mixes like a dream and kneads like a pro. I use it on a regular basis and not just for cakes and sweets- mashed potatoes, pancakes, whipping up sauces, mixing minced meat for homemade sausages, anything that needed mixing, mashing, kneading, my KitchenAid does it for me. To say I love it is a little understatement. The dried rose colour is so pretty without being overly pinK. It is such a beautiful addition to our kitchen while being a wonderful and nostalgic reminder of my childhood. I hope one day my daughter will love it as much as I do and be reminded of the precious memories we'll share with it together.

Faulty Mixer, Fantastic Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a celebration of my Separation! I had it engraved with 2023 it’s all about me. I was so so sooo excited for it to arrive.
Roll around that day I plugged it in and it wouldn’t turn off!
I rang customer service they organised for a return (postage included) organised a replacement and it should be here tomorrow.

This added a three week delay but I was so super stoked with how helpful the lady was who I spoke with on the phone.
I truly believe this was just bad luck. I’m so looking forward to baking up a storm this weekend!

Powerful and stylish

It makes my recipes effortless and hasn’t missed a beat. On top of it working like a dream it looks so stylish on my counter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner bought this for me to replace my hand beaters and it works so well! I have noticed that when using the 5Qt bowl, the flex edge beater doesn’t quite scrape the bottom/ sides of the bowl so there has occasionally been dry ingredients not properly incorporated. I will have to try using the smaller bowl to see if this can be rectified. Otherwise, I am very happy with this product!
