So Much to Do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted one of these and am so excited to use it more and more. The possibilities are endless with what you can do with this.
First off, this is gorgeous. I love the color and that you can really pick out your favorite color or what would match your kitchen decor.
I have never used anything like this and was a little intimidated at first. However; this is very easy to use right out of the box. I like that you have some accessories but it all is still easy to figure out.
This is not just for baking. I have used this to make pizza dough and also break down chicken. I even use the bowl for other mixing jobs.
I am loving this and am happy to add it to my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for single batch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this mixer! As a chef and baker, I’ve been using a much larger professional model for years. This mixer has changed my thinking! It is absolutely perfect! I do recommend the larger size if your used to making double batches.

Finally taking my baking to the next level!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've lusted after one of these for years, when I saw this years Beetroot color I knew it was time to finally pull the trigger and invest in my baking future. I actually received this for my birthday and I just can't get enough! I have been baking up a storm and I can't wait to add some of the attachment and bring this baby into my dinner prep as well! Seriously love it and the color, I won't even let my partner touch it! :)

Lock doesn't close all the way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mixer as a gift. It's beautiful and works well. My concern is that the lock mechanism doesn't quite move to a full lock. It holds unless there is some tough mixing and has unlocked itself. Is this a safety feature?
