I have been using a KitchenAid stand mixer for many years. I have always loved the product. When I saw that there was a purple stand mixer, I had to have it! The reason I dropped it by 1 star because it isn't purple. Those people who know the color purple will understand then I say - Beet Root isn't purple like as Egg Plant color, or a Blackberry color. It is more of a Raspberry.

My dream came true

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought me this mixer for Christmas, because he knew I've been wanting one forever. This is the best kirchen appliance I've ever owned! I've started making things I've never made before, because now I have the proper tools to do so. I would not hesitate to buy another mixer, and am already planning which attachments to buy first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have had 4 kitchen aide mixers. two i donated to ladies at church, one caught on fire after 2 uses i wanted a tilt head mixer so i ordered the new beetroot colour mixer so flimsy the low setting is much too high, the bowl doesn’t lock in place properly, had lichen covered in cookie dough yesterday from bowl flying off. also tried making pasta, didn’t work as well as my previous one .Needless to say, i’m
not happy i wish i had my other kitchen aide mixer back (had it for 10 years) but donated to good cause at church not sure what i’m going to do now not happy with this one at all

Locking mechanism is broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The locking mechanism does not lock. I only used it a couple times. The mixer nearly fell off the counter because of how much it started to shake from the locking mechanism not locking properly. This review won’t let me post video showing issue.

Love Love Love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how or why I've gone so long without a KitchenAid Mixer! The color (Beetroot) is AWESOME! It's quiet and powerful. The best aide in the kitchen by far for me, especially when using for baking. I'm excited to get some of the additional attachments and want to make my own pasta. The modern design is sleek and modern enough to keep on my counter even when not in use.

It makes my work better, I have a small entrepreneur I bake cookies, brownies and cakes for special occasions... this Christmas time has been super busy and my mixer has made everything easier
