The mixer stopped working two weeks ago. Motor strength and build quality are poor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t review until now so I’d have time to compare it to my first mixer bought in 1976.
It’s still a nice mixer but just not as good. I hate that my husband broke my old one. This one if mixing something that may jerk the mixer knocks the lock off and really pulls up. Also the blades keep falling off when I mix cookies and other thick type ingredients.
I love the color.
I’m not sure I’d buy another one if this one doesn’t hold up.
Very disappointed in the decline in quality.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Purchased about a month and a half ago, I've now made several different items using my new KitchenAid mixer. Overall, I am loving it! I upgraded from a budget stand mixer that I constantly had issues with (even when putting together a simple brownie batter), and the KitchenAid has blown it out of the water! A little heavy and hard to move around my small kitchen, but overall well worth the investment, and I'm sure it will last for years to come!

It, it seems to be working really well. The grease was a leaking out of it seems to be quite messy but aside from that and it kicking a bit during a mixing dough it’s been great.
