[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my mixer 6 weeks ago and in the first 48 hours it stopped functioning. I took it back to where i bought it from and they replaced it on the spot!!
then the second time i used the new one it wouldnt turn off. I have to keep moving the on switch across all mixing levels and back 3 times before it would stay off. And this happens now intermittently :( Also the motor on the new one feels very unstable in the unit and when mixing on 8 it wobbles. Im really wondering what the hype is about these machines that makes them so popular! bad experience twice for me :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The motor part becomes warm after use but you can still comfortably touch it. Whip attachment worked really well when making meringues. Tried using Dough Hook to make bread and it took 25 minutes to pass the elastic test which I thought took very long. It is very heavy so recommend it to place a mat underneath that allows you to slide it on the counter. Overall, I am very happy with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product predominantly for making pizza dough to entertain my toddler daughter. The dough mixer works fantastically and produces great results. However, I have had trouble turning the speed setting to 0 to switch the machine off. Even when I move it to 0 the speed continues at setting 1. I have to resort to switching the machine off at the mains which is problematic. Hopefully this glitch can be sorted as the machine is fantastic apart from that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old 30 year old mixer with a kitchen aid when I retired , my present to me for 35 years of hard work . Omg this mixer does everything. The cakes a fluffier the biscuits are lighter, it is just so awesome . Should have got it sooner .
