[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product to replace my overworked previous mixer which wanted a rest. The kitchenaid is working wonderfully. My old recipes are performing well and i think the results are even better. It mixes sooo smoothly and thoroughly it requires no extra intervention by me like my old mixer. I am enjoying it immensely and looking forward to experimenting with some new ideas which hopefully will become favourite additions to our country fare.

I discovered a loose screw inside the motor compartment. I called KitchenAid and was immediately supported to arrange a return. Now, having unboxed a second mixer, I am very happy with the product and its mixing abilities.
