In Love with my Kitchenaid KSM195

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my KSM195 a few months ago at the boxing day sales & love it. It is quick, mixes well (had to adjust the beater height slightly) & the cover is great as it keeps the bench from getting messy. The scraper beater is my favourite. The KSM195 comes with loads of beater options plus a smaller bowl for icing etc. The only thing is that I wish the cover would fit the smaller bowl too or another cover included that could go over the smaller bowl. I am planning on purchasing the food processor attachment in the future to try. It is also heavy ( not by much compared to other brands) but this is not a problem for me as I keep it on the kitchen bench

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received it as a present and have used it almost everyday since then. I love baking and my 5 years old enjoys it as well. We’ve made pizza dough, bread rolls, buns, muffins, dough to make roti and many other things. The ease of use with a 5 year old makes it my most cherished kitchen appliance. The texture and consistency of my doughs is amazing when I use the kitchen aid.

I’m impressed the way it mixes the ingredients without sticking to the beaters and have made the Cinnamon Scrolls from the online recipe book. Very impressed. I’ve even bought a see thru dust cover for the Kitchenaid so that I can admire it on my bench.
