My Kitchenaid Artisan broken in less than 6 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 4.7L Artisan stand Mixer last November 2023. Used it once a week for bread making and it started to play up in early March 2024. I contacted Kitchenaid to get it fixed. It took 5 weeks for them to fix it and send it back to me. When I recieved my kitchenaid artisan back, whoever fixed it did not put the parts together properly the back cover of my kitchenaid mixer is loose and there is a part where the attachments are supposed to go, the cover part of has a noticeable gap. It was really badly done. I'm very disappointed that this is the quality of a primium product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't stop baking cakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love the KitchenAid mixer. It is slim line once bowls etc are put away, so storage is not an issue. It looks great when on bench to be used. The upgrade from our old mixer is simply incomparable, and we are finding we are tempted to bake all the time now! Definitely recommend.

The perfect upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally upgraded from our 7 year old Kmart mixer and we’re so glad we did, it’s hard to believe that the difference could be so dramatic but it is. Our kitchen aid feels like luxury engineering, it’s smooth to move, and everything is so precise. Lifting the top of it, adding the attachments, putting the bowl in place, it’s seamless and simple and makes the set up and clean up easy. That’s not even getting to the mixing which it does so well, it’s quieter and feels sturdy, and even when mixing big amounts for long periods of time the machine works effortlessly. Such a great investment.

The best Mixmaster I've had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a mixer that I don't have to keep switching-off during mixing, to scrape the sides of the bowl. It's very quiet and sturdy, and the variation of beaters included in the initial purchase, as well as the variety of different attachments that you can purchase to go with it, make it an excellent product. Definitely the best mixer (out of the three) that I've owned.
