The best baking investment we all need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner decided it was time to treat me, a huge baking lover to my very own kitchenaid mixer. It is beautiful to look at, it is heavy and sturdy and feels like total quality and built to last. It makes certain baking steps so much easier and is efficient. The only thing I would say would be helpful was providing a recipe book with the purchase, as a lot of other brands do this eg, Smeg and Kenwood.

The perfect addition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally purchased the stand mixer and firstly the almond cream looks so perfect in my kitchen. I love how easy it is to use, it is so compact and powerful and with the extra attachments and additions the process of baking has never been as easy and simple. I love how you can add ingredients as it is mixing, it blends so nicely and it pours so well! Very happy with my purchase!

Has saved my shoulder !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I operate a small organic baked goods business & have been hand mixing (wooden spoon) my biscuit dough for over a year. I developed problems with my shoulder & was reluctant to purchase my KitchenAid but felt I had no choice ~ 4 weeks on from using my new Mixer & I wish I had purchased it much sooner. My new mixer handles the creaming process beautifully (I was concerned about over mixing) & I find the range of mixing speeds suit my needs perfectly. I am able to use my mixer for the entire process & can turn biscuit dough straight onto a floured board for shaping. I love it. Thank you for making such a wonderful product.
I have found that the colour is greyer that the images I viewed & I would choose differently next time.

My own Kitchenaid 4.8L Artisan Stand Mixer KSM195

I have always dreamt of the day that I would own a Kitchenaid mixer…and not only am I not disappointed, I am even more excited about all the other ways I can utilise my mixer with the add-on atttachments.
Let me start with all the exclusive accessories pack that came with it. The fact that it has 4 differing beaters to mix with, 2 bowls to suit the quantity of the recipe your making, PLUS the absolutely brilliant pouring/splash shield…which means no more clouds of flour cocoa in my face!

I have always dreamt of the day that I would own a Kitchenaid mixer…and not only am I not disappointed, I am even more excited about all the other ways I can utilise my mixer with the add-on atttachments.

This mixer is robust but not overly heavy and beautiful to look at, even with my cakey fingerprints all over it.
I regularly make my own passata and straining the sauce to remove the tomato skins is an arduous task, so I am excited to purchase the fruit and vege strainer, along with the metal grinder attachment to freshly grate cheese or make my own mince meat.
I am also looking forward to learning the fine art of pasta making, I have put the pasta roller and cutter attachment on my Christmas list!

Not as great as the hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking at Kitchenaids for a long time and was so excited when I finally bought one. After using it the first time my excitement turned to disappointment. The product controls are clunky, it’s very heavy, even with the guard on ingredients spill out everywhere and there’s no timer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pebbled Palm color is so classy and looks great in my white/ grey kitchen. But most of all baking is now half the time, especially for baking bread, pizza dough and buns. I’m also loving the attachments. Can’t wait to get my next batch of icecream in!

The cake turned out so lovely, as did the icing. I’m so happy with my KitchenAid and look forward to making many more memorable things with it.
