Old world charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old world charm but packs a punch. Best pavlova I have ever made using the Artisan Stand Mixer with supplied whisk. Have also used the dough hook to make pizza bases and pasta dough. So easy. Much quieter operation then I thought it would be and easy clean up.

My dream machine

It’s a powerful machine, which means it’s quite noisy but worth it. No complaints so far, a big purchase but makes those tasks a lot easier. Excited to try out some additional attachments in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive never had a stand mixer before, only ever a hand beater. My Artisan (named Boops as its Candy Apple Red) is amazing. I am using daily, knowing what ingredients go into what I make. Its strong and sturdy - only disappointed hubby didn't suggest I buy one years ago. The two bowls and splatter guard are brilliant for bread making.

Missing attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and when I opened it up one of my attachments was missing. I went back to the retailer and we opened a new box and it was missing out of that one too. Upon contacting KitchenAid they said they could send me a replacement - however it’s not the same colour as the rest of my attachments. When I complained they said it was too bad and that the spare parts are all a different colour to what comes in the box now and if I didn’t like it I could return it completely (and have nothing). For such an expensive appliance I am so disappointed that I now have a mismatched set and every time I use it I am annoyed.
