Worth the wait!

I can finally make sponges and am really enjoying how easy it is to use on all my other baking projects. Plus it looks so beautiful on my kitchen bench!

A MUST FOR ANY SERIOUS COOK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always wanted a KitchenAid Stand Mixer and when my Breville Stand Mixer "bit the dust" nearly two weeks ago I purchased the KSM 195 in Contour Silver. This is a fantastic appliance, it creams butter and sugar quickly and the whole process of making a cake is effortless. The only minor thing which could be improved is to have a timer so that one is able to see for how long the cake batter has been mixing.
