[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Artisan Kitchen Aid stand mixer a few weeks ago and I am really pleased with how it performs. My daughter and I made a roulade, sponge cake. Pizza dough. All turned out well and took a quarter of the time to prepare as my old stand mixer. I couldn’t believe how quickly it whipped cream. It’s great having two different sized bowls. I love the colour. Dried Rose.

Well worth the investment

Fast & flashy!

In both performance and looks it is a superior machine compared to my old mixer (other brand). Easy to use & a great range of accessories. Love the stainless-steel bowls as well.

A few problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] mostly happy but bowl gets stuck on after it is used. Its very hard to release. I have tried oiling the base but that isn't very effective. If someone knows how to stop this from happening, please let me know. Its also very heavy making it hard to move around the kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Glad to hear you are happy with your beautiful new mixer! I’d recommend checking if there’s any debris or buildup causing extra friction and maybe trying a little gentle twisting motion while lifting. Also, using a rubber grip or mat underneath might help with moving it around more easily.
