Such an upgrade to my baking needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago and have used it for making several things but my biggest surprise was making meringues which I have done every Christmas for over 20 years. A real family favourite. This year I was so surprised at the speed which the egg whites whipped and the volume which was generated using my new wonderful Kitchenaid.

I have always wanted one, and finally with a new kitchen ai splurged and got myself one in my favourite colour. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my kitchen aide about a month ago and use it weekly. I haven’t had a stand mixer before but this thing changes the whole game. The difference is incredible, I use mainly for making doughs and cakes and it does a great job. I was initially hesitant due to lack of features such as a scale and timer but after purchasing a decent scale to pair with this machine I k ow that the kitchen aid will stand the rest of time and I won’t have to worry about anything breaking over the course of my whole life. The cast iron shell is very stylish and strong, very easy to clean
