[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it is a dream. Very easy to use, design is mechanically beautiful, and gets the job done in a jiffy. I can finally make technical cakes! But who is surprised? We splurge on KitchenAid for a reason.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer to treat myself as I have been using a second hand mixer for about 20 years. It was loud and clunky. The KitchenAid is sleek, quiet and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s my favourite kitchen appliance I have ever received. I’ve started using it to make bread, baked goods, ice cream desserts and everything in between. I can’t live without it!

Response from kitchenaid.com.auBy Customer Service, April 20, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’ve looked into this matter and can see that the order was originally placed without an engraving request. Our customer service team went out of their way to accommodate the post purchase engraving request even though it fell outside of policy, and we can see the issue has been resolved. 🙌
We appreciate you taking your time to let us know your experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife and I for Christmas and love it! Made Bread, pasta, cakes. Given we are beginners in the "baking world" the pasta turned out amazing, the bread we need to work on! No fault of the mixer though! Hahaha
