Not a great introduction to Kitchenaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased Kitchenaid mixer because I got so many recommendations from family members who have them. I’ve always had kenwood chef mixers and I got rid of my perfectly working kenwood to replace with a trendy Kitchenaid, it is now 2 months old and has been sent back under warranty to be fixed. At this stage I’m not overly impressed with my new purchase, fingers crossed I get it back soon and I will learn to love it. I’m an avid baker and missing not having a mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worthwhile Investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a well-thought-out product from its tilt head, and locking mechanism to its speed control. The mixer itself is powerful, included accessories are premium and I love that it is extremely easy to clean. It has a nice build (totally built to last!) and has a very sleek design that fits well in my kitchen. Very, very pleased with my KitchenAid Artisan.
