[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d never baked cakes ever before until I bought my KSM195 CANDY APPLE MIXER. Pavlovas, lemon meringue, raspberry pudding cake are just a few… they’re begging for more!
An elegant addition to my kitchen - & tasty bread!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't previously owned a stand mixer, having previously only owned a food processor. However, my food processor ceased functioning and I prevaricated on replacing it. More recently I was made redundant - or perhaps eased into early retirement and I decided that a good investment of my new found time would be to regularly make my own bread, while a good investment of some of my redundancy pay would be to buy a stand mixer. A little bit of research clearly showed Kitchen Aid to be the best, and Pebbled Palm stole my heart for colour. The result - an elegant addition to my kitchen, and fantastic loaves of bread each week - the kneading is so much easier and so much better than I could do by hand, or what my food processor did previously
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a stand mixer for the last cpl of years, I have friends that had highly recommended the kitchen aid mixer but I didn’t want to spend that kind of money. Fast forward to Christmas 22 being held at my house and all the baking and cooking I needed to get done, I bit the bullet and I could not be happier with my delayed purchase. It cleans easily, is quieter than I thought it would be (quieter than my nutro bullet), comes with great attachments and the potential to purchase more for pasta and grinding. The bowl sizes are great and easy to clean. I also love the colour choices I had.
My only complaint is a small chip of coating came off my kneading hook attachment, when it dropped in the box. It wasn’t large enough for me to bother with.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I received my KitchenAid for Christmas it’s really inspired me to start baking and making things again, I absolutely love it and the fact that it’s sturdy and well made means for someone heavy handed like myself I’m not worried about wrecking it, the attachments it comes with out of the box all work like a charm as well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer 2 months ago and it has become an absolute necessity in our cooking. The wide variety of attachments included plus the additional ones availble to purchase make cooking a breeze. Would love to find (or have included in future models) a mat that the mixer can sit on and then slide along the bench as it is quite heavy for me to move.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally bought my own after using my mum’s forever! Quality feels just as good as my mum’s (she’s had hers for around 20 years), which is a credit to both my new Kitchenaid and the older one! Easy to clean. Super versatile. Mainly use for baking, so haven’t branched out into the other attachments, but very keen to try.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my KitchenAid mixer as I was making pasta and wanted a machine that had the attachments. While it does this job beautifully, I am disappointed in the power of the motor compared to my previous machine. It struggles to make the dough for my foccaccia bread. Even on spead 2 the motor sounds to be struggling (PS this is a very wet bread mix) So if you are looking to make bread, I would rethink it. For the cakes and pastas I have made it was good.
