[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am trilled with my new 4.8L Artisan Stand Mixer. In the past 3 weeks we have become quite acquainted and my family are thrilled with the amazing goodies I'm serving up to them. So far I've made several portions of homemade butters (lemon zest & chilli - perfect for fish, herb & garlic - perfect for almost everything and plain unsalted), 2 x my own creation of combining New York Carnegie Deli & Basque style cheesecakes (which I have to say is now the best cheesecake I've ever had), sourdough bread, Monkey Bread, Cinnamon Buns with cream cheese icing & whipped/mashed potatoes. Everything has been a hit so far & my next goal is to make some of my version of Levian Bakery cookies!
The mixer is heavy but THANK GOODNESS or it may otherwise fly off the counter when kneading dough. The weight is actually a testament to the solid quality of the product & I am confident that this will be a generational item, handed down to my children when I'm gone.
The Hibiscus colour of my mixer is delightful and though I do hope to eventually find a place to store it, other than on my kitchen counter, I just LOVE the joy & brightness it radiates when I walk into my kitchen.

Love the colour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my birthday almost a month ago because my stand mixer stopped working as I had just really gotten into baking so it was getting used weekly. I chose the hibiscus because it's the nicest colour of the kitchenaid range. I was in love with my purchase as soon as I turned it on the make choc chip cookies the first time. I noticed the quality if the mix how much better it was & how quiet but powerful my stand mixer is. I'm now looking to upgrade all my kitchen appliances with kitchen aid as the quality, style & performance can't compete with any other

it is amazing and highly convenient to use.
Nothing complicated and very straightforward. the extra gadgets are extremely handy and useful. The fact that they give complimentary gadgets which is part of the deal is amazing. This way I don't have to purchase it separately.
